She is a J-pop singer, model, and actress.  Her voice is beautiful. I think she has talent of music and actress.  

I like her song, ”Yuki no Hana”.  It was one of the most popular karaoke songs in Japan in 2004. I’ d like to hear in winter, and this is standard song in winter. 

 

YUKI

Yuki was born in Hakodate, 1972. She is one of Japan’s most notable female vocalists. Best known as the front-woman and lead vocals of the former rock band Judy and Mary.

She is 36 years old now, but so cute! Her music video is also lovable and enjoyable. I recommend ”Joy”. You can see her pretty dancing in this PV. Please check it.


 

 

ikimono-gakari

Ikimono-gakari is a Japanese rock band. The band was formed in Kanagawa Prefecture in 1999. This band consists one lead vocalist woman and two men.

I like ”Kimagure Romantic”.  This song is their 12th single which used as the ending theme in the drama Celeb to Binbotaro in 2008.  You can also enjoy their music video. I pay attention their activity.

 

 

Kaela Kimura

Kaela Kimura is a Japanese rock and pop singer, songwriter, model, and presenter.

She was born 1984 Tokyo, Japan to a British father and Japanese mother. She has powerful voice and also sence of fashion. She always writes lyrics.

My favorite her song is her third single “Rirura Riruha”. The title means Real Life Real Heart. This song was used in a series of Vodafone commercials in Japan. I can be positive after listening. I look forward to release her new song.

 

 

 

 

Ayaka

Ayaka was born December 18, 1987 in Osaka, and 21 years old now. She is a Japanese female singer.

Her second album ”Sing to the sky” was released on June 25, 2008. It reached 2nd on the Oricon Weekly Charts and has thus far sold over 500,000 copies. ”Te wo Tsunago” of this album is my favorite song. I can relax while I listen this song. I want you to listen it.

 

 

Perfume

Perfume is a female J-pop and electropop group from Hiroshima, consisting of three women. They debuted locally in 2001 and nationally in 2005. I like their melody. They also dance every song.

I like ”Polyrhythm”. This song is an advertisement for a recycling campaign. On the day of its release, ”Polyrhythm” achieved number 4th on the Oricon charts and 7th for the weekly ranking, the first time Perfume had reached the Top 10, and sold over 60,000 copies.

 

BENNIE K

Bennie K is a female duo that consists of rapper CICO and vocalist YUKI. I like melody and their voice.

Their songs usually combine Japanese and English, their English is more fluent than most Japanese singers. Their 4th album became the first on the Oricon Album charts.

My favorite song is ”Dreamland”. It makes me cheerful. This song was theme song of commercial message for Coke, therefore, it became famous.
